ПРИНЦИПИ І ПРИЙОМИ ЕСТЕТИЧНО-ОБРАЗНОЇ ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЇ ПРИ РЕКОНСТРУКЦІЇ ІСТОРИЧНИХ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ БУДІВЕЛЬ ПІД ГРОМАДСЬКУ ФУНКЦІЮ

У статті розглядаються питання естетично-образної трансформації історичних (середини XVIII ст. – першої половини XX ст.) промислових будівель при їх реконструкції під громадську функцію. Визначаються основні принципи здійснення такої трансформації (забезпечення містобудівної цілісності; збереження історичного образу промислової архітектури; нюансності загальної організації (симбіозу з оточенням); контрастності у поєднанні старого та сучасного; відповідності національним та регіональним традиціям; екологічності). Наводяться приклади застосування даних принципів у світовій практиці реконструкції промислових будівель під громадські функції, визначаються прийоми, що забезпечують їх реалізацію.
