СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РЕКОНСТРУКЦІЇ ПРОМИСЛОВИХ БУДІВЕЛЬ ПІД ГОТЕЛЬНІ ЗАКЛАДИ НА ПРИКЛАДІ КИТАЮ

У статті розглядаються питання реновації промислових будівель під готельні заклади. Визначаються основні етапи становлення повторного використання індустріальної спадщини, розглядаються особливості адаптації промислових будівель під готельну функцію, визначаються тенденції такої реновації як у світовій практиці будівництва, так і з огляду на національні особливості Китаю. Виявляються переваги та проблеми реновації промислових будівель під готелі у порівнянні з новим будівництвом, а також з іншими векторами повторного використання промислової спадщини. На основі проведеного аналізу надаються рекомендації щодо напрямків здійснення такої реконструкції.
