Дослідження аналізує урбаністичний контекст відновлення житлового фонду Харкова на прикладі району Північної Салтівки. Розглянуто соціальні, геополітичні та інституційні чинники, методи участі громад, міжнародний досвід і перспективи сталого та стійкого розвитку в умовах післявоєнної трансформації міського середовища.
